In the cosmetic industry, avocado is used as a rehydrating agent for dry skin, to reduce the effect of wrinkles on the skin, (due to its high content of vitamins).
Fruit with an oval and rough appearance, black and green when ripe. Inside it contains the pulp that is buttery. It has a skin that protects the inside of the fruit from pesticides. Its consumption is generally raw although it is also usually consumed in drinks, desserts and salads, among others.
